Ok, so you’ve just spent a night studying and you feel frustrated that nothing has sunk in. I’ve got good news for you – you don’t have to do it ever again! It’s not about learning a lot, because your brain, just like any other muscle, has a limited capacity to be active. Your brain needs rest. It’s much better to learn regularly in short intervals of time and revise more often. I will teach you how to optimize your learning strategy, allowing you to learn more effectively and have more free time.
Relieve exam anxiety
Being a successful student also means taking care of yourself, sleeping regularly and being physically active. However, sometimes even that feels stressful. I’ll teach you how to relieve anxiety and boost your self confidence by setting appropriate goals to give you a sense of achievement. If you struggle with exam anxiety, I will show you breathing exercises to help you calm down and focus in the exam setting.

Do you have good grades and want to improve further? Got it, you are passionate about Maths and Physics and need an extra push to unlock your full potential. You’ve come to the right place! First, I’ll make an assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. Then I’ll give you challenging exam problems to cover your weaknesses and make sure you excel in exams. Finally, I’ll motivate you to start thinking independently and apply your knowledge to real-life scenarios. You’ll start thinking as a real scientist!

Do you believe Maths and Physics are just your thing? Are you discouraged by the complexity of the material? I will help you by identifying your knowledge gaps and creating a safe space to ask questions. Usually, it is the knowledge gaps from a long time ago that disable you from learning Maths and Physics effectively. We will start from simpler topics and gradually build up.
